Both Job Seekers and Employers are seen as customers of the service. This service, therefore, attempts to meet the needs of both customers promptly and efficiently.<\/p>\n<p>Employment Services individualizes services to meet the needs of individuals and employers.<\/p>\n<p>The range of services includes, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n<li>Assistance in developing a resum\u00e9 and covering letter<\/li>\n<li>Assistance in individual job search<\/li>\n<li>Assistance with interviews<\/li>\n<li>On the job training assistance<\/li>\n<li>Job development<\/li>\n<li>Follow up services to both the individual and the employer<\/li>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p>Employment Services builds on the individual\u2019s strengths and abilities and attempts to add in supports for the individual\u2019s areas of need.
