Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Clinical Excellence: Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services, incorporating evidence-based practices and industry standards.<\/p>\n
Human Resource Management: Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, scheduling, and union interactions in alignment with provincial standards and organizational policies.<\/p>\n
Strategic Leadership: Contribute to the development and implementation of the strategic plan, fostering innovation and operational excellence.<\/p>\n
Team Empowerment: Supervise Team Leaders and Home Share Coordinators, providing mentorship, feedback, and guidance.<\/p>\n
Financial Oversight: Monitor and report on budget expenditures, ensuring efficient resource allocation.<\/p>\n
Risk Management: Identify and evaluate risks associated with program activities, taking proactive measures to minimize and manage potential issues.<\/p>\n
Collaboration: Liaise with external stakeholders, funders, and collaborate with other Regional Managers to establish consistent business practices.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Education: Post-Secondary Education in a Social Services or Human Resources field. Nursing\/Social Work Degree (Preferred).<\/p>\n
Training: Valid Emergency Level First Aid Certificate with Adult CPR component, Valid Class 5 B.C. Driver\u2019s License, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training (MANDT) or equivalent.<\/p>\n
Experience: Minimum three (3) years supervisory experience in social services\/health services, supervising over 10 employees (preferred).<\/p>\n
Skills: Administrative and supervisory expertise, contract interpretation, proposal development, accreditation knowledge, proficiency in computer use.<\/p>\n
