Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Excellence: Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services, incorporating evidence-based practices and industry standards.

Human Resource Management: Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, scheduling, and union interactions in alignment with provincial standards and organizational policies.

Strategic Leadership: Contribute to the development and implementation of the strategic plan, fostering innovation and operational excellence.

Team Empowerment: Supervise Team Leaders and Home Share Coordinators, providing mentorship, feedback, and guidance.

Financial Oversight: Monitor and report on budget expenditures, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Risk Management: Identify and evaluate risks associated with program activities, taking proactive measures to minimize and manage potential issues.

Collaboration: Liaise with external stakeholders, funders, and collaborate with other Regional Managers to establish consistent business practices.

Qualifications:

Education: Post-Secondary Education in a Social Services or Human Resources field. Nursing/Social Work Degree (Preferred).

Training: Valid Emergency Level First Aid Certificate with Adult CPR component, Valid Class 5 B.C. Driver’s License, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training (MANDT) or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum three (3) years supervisory experience in social services/health services, supervising over 10 employees (preferred).

Skills: Administrative and supervisory expertise, contract interpretation, proposal development, accreditation knowledge, proficiency in computer use.
